The making and using skill of scraper of single stage Hammer Crusher

In cement plant, the limestone will be put in the open air, and generally the single stage hammer crusher will be chose to do crushing work. Since the weather conditions, especially in rainy summer, the humidity of limestone will increase, the soil and powder materials in limestone will easily stick on the feed roller of crusher. When there are too much ashes and powder materials sticking on the roller, the pressure will too heavy to cause the power off of the machine.

    The concrete solution is to install a scraper on the back wall of the crusher. Since there is a distance of 15mm between the back wall and the feed roll, which is more smaller than the distance between scraper and feed roll, so it successfully ovoid the phenomenon of obstruction of stock materials.

    Besides, since iron ore usually contains much moisture, the capacity of iron ore crusher is much lower than the designed capacity. This problem will not happen while choosing limestone crusher to crush iron ore intensively.
